Problem:
As Delta Airlines continues to cut costs, the amount of space necessary for passengers to travel comfortably and healthfully during trans-oceanic flights is compromised.
Purpose:
The purpose of this study was to research and develop a method to preserve passengers’ comfort and health during trans-oceanic flights on Delta Airlines.
